Account & Data Deletion

Inspekto AI Inc. (the developer of the Inspekto mobile app) provides two ways to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Inspekto app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Profile.
3. Tap the "Delete account" button and confirm.

Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

Email inspektoai@gmail.com from the address tied to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account profile (email, name, password hash)
• Inspection reports and their attachments (photos, videos, audio)
• Usage logs tied to your account
• Authentication records held by our auth provider (Supabase)

What is retained

• Anonymized payment/transaction records required by Canadian tax and accounting law (typically 7 years), with no personal identifiers.
• Aggregated analytics that cannot be tied back to you.
